Returns
If we make an error on your order and you receive something you didn’t order, we will authorize a return for full credit and ship the correct item to you at no additional cost.
If you receive something and decide you don’t want it (for any reason), please contact us for return authorization. Once we confirm the items to return, we’ll authorize the return.
Refunds are for the price paid for the item(s), less a 30% restocking fee. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Refunds are processed once the authorized return is received.

To request a return, please contact us using our Contact page. Include:
Your order number (from your order confirmation email)
The item(s) you’d like to return
The reason for the return
If an item arrived damaged or incorrect, please include a photo of the item (and packaging, if applicable). We’ll reply with return authorization and next steps.
Note: We accept guest checkout, so you don’t need an account to request a return—your order number from the confirmation email is all we need.
